The Start: 1982, a Metal Workshop in Foshan
ASPER's manufacturing roots trace back to 1982 — years before "Made in Foshan" became a byword for China's metal cluster. On the rooftop of the CNPC R&D Center Phase II, ASPER supplied acoustic enclosures and noise barriers: panels engineered for Rw≥25 dB sound insulation, built with Class A non-combustible materials, a 100 mm glass-wool absorbing core behind 0.8 mm perforated sheet, finished with PVDF fluorocarbon coating for years of outdoor exposure. Sound insulation, fire safety and weatherability all had to hold at once.
Level Three: Computing Infrastructure — Metal at Precision Scale
The most demanding stop in 2026 is the data center. ASPER extended its precision stainless capability into liquid cooling, supplying Manifolds and cold plates for Huawei's 10K-GPU-cluster data centers: 316L one-piece forming to minimize weld leak paths, branch flow deviation within ≤3%, a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s and a 2.5 MPa design pressure. In the computing era, the sealing integrity of one manifold decides whether tens of thousands of GPUs can run safely at full load — metal fabrication pushed to its extreme.

Look at the path: public landmarks (appearance & safety) → industrial sites (acoustics & fire) → computing facilities (sealing & precision).
